These Terms of Use apply to Number Duel, a mobile game developed by Georgios Koutoulas.
Using the Game
You may use Number Duel for personal entertainment. You agree not to misuse online features, exploit bugs, cheat, disrupt matchmaking, reverse engineer protected systems, or interfere with other players.
Online Play and Rankings
Online matches, leaderboards, scores, ELO ratings, and player profiles are provided as game features. Rankings may change as matches are played, corrected, reset, or moderated to protect fair play and service integrity.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are handled by Google Play. Prices, billing, cancellation, refunds, and payment methods are managed through Google Play. Deleting Number Duel data does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.
Availability
We aim to keep Number Duel available and stable, but online services may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, network issues, or events outside our control.
Intellectual Property
Number Duel, including its game design, artwork, interface, and related materials, is owned by Georgios Koutoulas or used under appropriate licenses. You may not copy, redistribute, or sell game assets without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Number Duel is provided for entertainment. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of the game.
